RETURN & REFUND

Our Returns and Refunds Policy is set up to ensure customer satisfaction when purchasing in our store. We want our customers to feel completely secure when ordering our products and have the flexibility to return the product in the event that the product doesn’t meet the customer’s needs or has a technical fault.

If the customer is not satisfied with our product, we will accept the return request within 30 days from the date the customer received the product. Products must be kept in new, undamaged condition, and with all labels, stamps, containers, and related documentation intact. We will refund the customer according to the original payment method.

If our product has a technical defect, the customer needs to contact us to request a repair or exchange for a new product. If the product cannot be repaired or is out of stock, we will refund the customer to the original payment method or replace it with an equivalent product.
